I am a trauma informed Edinburgh based yoga instructor, sharing yoga practices since 2000. My mission is to deliver inclusive and accessiblle yoga to everybody, to help people feel better in their own skin and to empower people with tools to navigate and manage their lives.

Mondays:

6pm - 7pm: Vinyasa 1 - Lila Yoga
7:30pm - 8:30pm: Candlelit Yin & Restore fusion - Lila Yoga
Tuesdays:
5pm - 6pm: Chanting for all - Hillside Yoga Collective
6:15pm - 7:15pm: Vinyasa flow - Hillside Yoga Collective
7:45pm - 8:45pm: Ashtanga Basics - Hillside Yoga Collective
Thursdays:
9am - 10am: Online General Yoga - 360 Mind Boay Soul
I also deleiver bi-monthly Yoga Nidra via 360 Mind Body Soul
Sundays:
9am -10am: Vinyasa 2 - Lila Yoga
10:30am - 11:30am: Vinyasa 1 - Lila Yoga
