I deliver these rich trainings from a grounded place, with lots of humour and practical ways of learning. This training has been growing and evolving since 2017 and you will find it rich in resources and thoughtful concepts - giving you clarity on your yoga practice and teaching practice.

This course strikes a balance of theory and practical work, empowering you with the tools for a deeper personal practice and a rich offering for your yoga students. I strive to deliver with an open heart and am always here for you to discuss thoughts and how everything sits with you. You are not alone on this journey.

I established Prakāśa Yoga Training School to have a place I call home for the teacher trainings I run.

Prakāśa (pronounced pra-kaa-sha) means “to shine a light” or “to give clarity” and this is entirely what I aim to do - to share the myriad teachings of yoga with a brightness, precision, purity and accuracy.
