This training will emphasise the teaching of Yin & Restorative practices, with attention on meridian theory and delivering seasonal, nurturing practices to practiioners of all levels.

The course aims to give you the experience, confidence and skills to facilitate your own Yin & Restorative classes in addition to your existing yoga teacher training qualification. 

If you are not a yoga teacher, this course will deepen your understanding of the yoga tradition and yin yoga and restorative yoga practices.
